1:1 online yoga

class style

The classes I teach are vinyasa style with yin elements and include breathwork as a key component, where we connect movement to the breath and learn how to use breathwork as a tool for our wellness.

 

The class structure is based on gentle, nourishing practices with the purpose to develop awareness, quieten the mind & remove discomfort in the body through functional & intentional movement connected to the breath.

 

Everything is soft & slow with a balance between restorative & relaxing practices to calm the nervous system.

class structure

All classes are held online via Zoom.

 

o 30 minutes private 1:1 class
a basic beginner class with breathwork before and after asanas / $45

 

o 45 minutes private 1:1 class
a basic beginner class with a little extra time for breathwork & a longer asana practice / $60
