Subscriptions

One-off payment subscriptions aren't eligible for refunds and cannot be cancelled.

 

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind. Please make sure to read the product page, title and description thoroughly.

As the products we offer are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

​There is a technical problem with the product
If there are any technical issues, please reach out with specific information about the error. A refund will only be issued when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created or as to the nature of the issue. 

 

We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations:

You no longer need the purchased product.

You’ve changed your mind about your purchase.

You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product.

You don’t have the correct software (described in the listing) to open the product. 

You bought an item on accident, and our system shows that the product was downloaded.

You feel that the item is of low quality.
